Monalisa joined Planetree with over 20 years of experience in the Middle East and North Africa, specializing in patient experience, strategy development, and healthcare operations. She has worked closely with healthcare leaders and organizations to implement person-centered care frameworks, enhance service standards, and optimize operational workflows to improve the quality and consistency of patient care.
Prior to Planetree, Monalisa held managerial and senior leadership roles in renowned healthcare organizations, including Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Saudi German Health Group, and Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA). She has led the development of patient experience strategies, integrated quality standards, and driven large-scale organizational improvements across primary, secondary, and tertiary care settings. In addition to healthcare operations, Monalisa has experience in medical tourism, accreditation processes, and advisory services for multinational organizations.
Monalisa holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) from Rabat University and a Global MBA from IE Business School. Passionate about advancing person-centered care, she is committed to driving sustainable improvements in healthcare delivery across diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes.
