Mandy Kilmartin, FPCC, is the Director of Global Services at Planetree International, a mission-driven non-profit setting the global standard for person-centered excellence across the continuum of care. Mandy joined Planetree in 2017 as an Associate Director, coaching leaders, care providers, and healthcare organizations around the world on their journey to Person-Centered Excellence. Currently, she plays a critical role in advancing Planetree's mission of expanding personcentered care around the world.
Prior to Planetree, Mandy spent her career working in various roles as a strategic resource for healthcare facilities to improve medical and surgical program efficiency, streamline complex perioperative care pathways, and improve patient access and outcomes. Mandy worked as a Regional VP of Sales for an e-Health startup, the Surgical Account Manager for a medical device company, and the Vaccine Account Manager in the pharmaceutical industry. She later transitioned to consulting, serving as the Surgical Program manager for an outpatient surgical facility.
Dedicated to her community, Mandy has served as the Resource Development Director for United Way of Coastal Fairfield County, held a seat on the Shelton, CT Board of Education, and sat on the Leadership Committee for Valley United Way.
